We prioritize your pet's safety and comfort above all else. Our surgery suite has modern monitoring equipment and we believe in multi-modal pain management including premedications, local skin blocks, and laser therapy as well as anti-inflammatories for home use.
Before surgery, we need to verify that your pet is healthy. This ensures minimal risk and a safer procedure while they are under anesthesia.
- We examine every pet prior to their procedure
- We perform presurgical blood work and an ECG
- Anesthesia, pain medication, and fluid therapy are tailored to each individual patient
- Patients are kept warm during surgery
- Your pet's heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen level, temperature and blood pressure are monitored throughout the procedure
- We will continue to monitor your pet until recovery is complete
- You will receive detailed instructions at your pet's discharge
