This is Dakota she is a female Brindle boxer. She just got spayed. I was a very worried mom I called almost everyday or sent them photo of her stitches. She was very hard to stay calm for a day let alone two weeks. Everyone from Twinbrook helped me by answering my questions , gave me ideas to keep her calm. Each time I called they were so polite and friendly with me. I have been going there for a long time. My parents took our animals there. Thank you so much for helping me with my baby

Thank you Thank You from the bottom of our hearts! Dr. Callen and staff went out of their way to help our dog and we weren’t even her client. Our own vet was booked and told us we had to wait for treatment. The first date that was offered was a month away. He was in a lot of discomfort. Dr. Callen made time to help. That compassion is what I want in a veterinarian. She gets my business from now on. Highly recommend!!!

I have had both of my dogs here within 3 days of each other. The people here are all very pleasant & compassionate. They ask you if they can do whatever needs to be done right down to shaving a little bit of fur on the leg. They explain each step so you aren’t surprised with a huge bill at the end. You are informed of everything that is going on. I would recommend EVERYONE to bring their fur/feathered babies here. Thank you for caring for my babies.

They did awesome! Staff was very friendly. They were able to squeeze me in for a visit for my doggie who had an injured leg when no other 15 vet offices would accept us and told us to go to the vet hospital which had long wait times or would only do appointments. They were very good with my Maggie:) They got everything done in a timely manner! Would highly recommend:)

My 11 year old is very shy. Everyone, from the time we walk in the door, to check out has always been patient, friendly. The services they provide are affordable compared to other local veterinarian’s.

Took our elderly cat to see Dr. Tuttle today and couldn't have been more impressed with the staff. I receptionist was pleasant and attentive on the phone when scheduling the appointment, I believe her name was Christina (sorry if that is wrong my memory is horrible). Liz, our technician was kind and gentle with our senior kitty who can be quite spicy at times. Dr. Tuttle was caring and compassionate when doing his exam and offering treatment to our girl. Will be bringing back the rest of our crew to see him. Best part, the prices were amazing for the quality of care we received.

They are the best. From the minute I walk in with my pet, the people at the front desk, to seeing the vet. They are very friendly, make me feel welcome. The vet always takes their time with whatever issue I am having. I love how they opened up & started the treadmill sessions to keep pets active & healthy! They are an hour away from me, but worth the trip.

I have been taking my pets to Twinbrook Animal Clinic for at least 10 years and would not consider taking them anywhere else unless they recommended a specialist. The doctors and the staff are knowledgeable, caring, and professional. As a retired nurse of 40 years with the last 13 working on a cardio-thoracic step-down unit – I love how the doctors explain to me in detail what is occurring with my fur babies.
